Consultation Questions
During your consultation, we'll discuss your child's diagnosis, current challenges, and goals. We'll help you understand the ABA therapy process, create a roadmap for accessing services, and provide strategies you can implement immediately to support your child's development.
Initial consultations are 90 minutes to allow thorough discussion of your child's needs and development of a personalized roadmap. Follow-up consultations are 60 minutes, focused on addressing specific questions and progress review.
Yes, consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. Changes made with less notice may be subject to our rescheduling policy.
Typically, we can schedule consultations within 1-2 weeks of booking, depending on availability. If you have urgent needs, please indicate this during the booking process and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
While most families come to us after receiving a diagnosis, we can also provide guidance for families who are in the assessment process or have concerns about their child's development but haven't yet received a formal diagnosis.
