Consultation Questions

  • During your consultation, we'll discuss your child's diagnosis, current challenges, and goals. We'll help you understand the ABA therapy process, create a roadmap for accessing services, and provide strategies you can implement immediately to support your child's development.

  • Initial consultations are 90 minutes to allow thorough discussion of your child's needs and development of a personalized roadmap. Follow-up consultations are 60 minutes, focused on addressing specific questions and progress review.

  • Yes, consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. Changes made with less notice may be subject to our rescheduling policy.

  • Typically, we can schedule consultations within 1-2 weeks of booking, depending on availability. If you have urgent needs, please indicate this during the booking process and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

  • While most families come to us after receiving a diagnosis, we can also provide guidance for families who are in the assessment process or have concerns about their child's development but haven't yet received a formal diagnosis.
